Flasys provides a broad line of Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) product and services including stand-alone NVM, embedded NVM and comprehensive design services based on UniFlashTM Technology. Flasys' current stand-alone Flash memory products include 1.8V and 3V standard flash memory. Flasys' standard flash memory products represent outstanding performance and power consumption characteristics. Random access time of High speed NOR flash product is as fast as 45ns, which is among the fastest speed in flash memory industry. Maximum read operating current is 1mA at 5MHz. This super low operating current is industry-lowest level and will give great advantages to battery operating applications.

Flasys offers wide selection of embedded NVM IP products and design services. Basic line-up is embedded flash memory IP products, which includes IPs based on 0.18um process technology. Along with the embedded IPs, 1.8V and 3V stand-alone flash memory products are sampled. Using UniFlashTM Technology, we can simultaneously manufacture embedded and stand-alone flash using the same process, which means embedded and stand-alone flash can have the same process or even the same design (except PAD area) for some products. Flasys' customized NVM design service covers various product types (Stand-alone & embedded flash, EEPROM, OTP, etc.), almost unlimited densities for given process technology and other features requested by customer (performance, reliability, chip architecture, etc.)

UniFlashTM also has technical advantage for NOR+NAND unified flash and Serial flash memory products, in terms of cost and performance. Based on its inherent easiness to realize multi-bit-per-cell technology, including much wider operable threshold voltage window, Flasys can provide highly cost competitive product design for Serial flash and unified flash memory.

Flasys is under development of high performance-high density NOR for emerging multimedia applications such as D-TV, D-STB, PMP, PDA, DMB and Telematics.

Also under development of unified flash for mobile market, which has both NOR and NAND characteristics of fast read, high reliability and fast write speed.

All of these products and services are exquisitely designed to satisfy the various requirements of latest system designs for high performance, high quality and economical implementations.
