Flasys provide industry standard flash memory of high performance and super low power consumption as well as normal featured commercial flash memory products, based on its unique and proprietary UniFlash^TM Technology. High speed standard flash product of 3V covers digital consumer applications( includes optical drives, set top box, laser printer, etc.), automotive and industrial applications that require highest performance and reliability. Flasys provide 8Mbit and 16Mbit flash of 45ns (regulated voltage of 3.0~3.6V) and 55ns (2.7V ~ 3.6V), which is among the industry's fastest random access time.
Super low power standard flash product of 1.8V is for battery powered applications and can be adopted for multi-chip package with controllers used for portable devices, such as mp3 players, portable AV players, etc.. Flasys' super low power flash product shows only 1mA of maximum read operating current and this is the lowest operating current among flash memory products. Highest speed and super low power, which can not be achieved simultaneously in one device using existing flash memory technology, is realized by the uniqueness of UniFlash^TM Technology.
UniFlash^TM also has technical advantage for NOR+NAND unified flash and Serial flash memory products, in terms of cost and performance. Based on its inherent easiness to realize multi-bit-per-cell technology, including much wider operable threshold voltage window, Flasys can provide highly cost competitive product design for Serial flash and unified flash memory.

Flasys is under development of high performance-high density NOR for emerging multimedia applications such as D-TV, D-STB, PMP, PDA, DMB and Telematics.
